Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia (Cámara Valencia) in a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage, Mediterranean character and dynamic economic ecosystem, the congress will take place over two days of inspiring plenary sessions, interactive workshops and high-level networking opportunities.
The congress will place chambers at the heart of the discussion — exploring their business models, services and evolving roles in supporting companies and policy-makers as they work towards a competitive, resilient and sustainable European economy following several challenging years for the business community.

Where to Park in Valencia
Valencia offers several parking options for visitors travelling by car:
- Public underground car parks throughout the city centre
- On-street parking, regulated by blue and green zones with time limits

Valencia is easily accessible by air, rail and road, with excellent connections to major Spanish and European cities.
Plane
Valencia Airport (VLC) is located just 8 kilometres from the city centre and offers regular daily flights to major domestic and international destinations.
- Metro lines 3 and 5 connect the airport directly with the city centre
- Taxis and ride-hailing services are available outside the terminal
- Average transfer time: 20–30 minutes
Train

What types of tickets are available?
There are six types of tickets available for the congress:
- Delegate ticket
- Speaker ticket (for invited speakers participating in the programme)
- Accompanying person ticket
- Press ticket
Each ticket type provides access to different parts of the event depending on the participant’s role.
What is included in the Delegate ticket?
What is a Speaker ticket?
The Speaker ticket is assigned to invited speakers participating in the programme as keynote speakers, panelists or moderators.
This ticket is managed directly by the organisation and provides access according to the role and level of participation agreed.
Is there a group discount?
Yes. A 10% discount is applied when two or more delegate tickets are purchased under the same VAT number (CIF).
What is included in the accompanying person ticket?
Are there discounts for accompanying persons?
No. The accompanying person ticket is offered at a fixed rate and is not subject to discounts.
What is the maximum number of tickets per transaction?
There is no limit on the number of tickets per transaction.
Can accompanying persons attend congress sessions?
No. Congress sessions are reserved exclusively for registered delegates.
Can an accompanying person ticket be purchased without a delegate?
No. It must be linked to a registered delegate.
Can I purchase a ticket for only one day?
No. Registration is designed for participation in the full two-day programme.
Can a ticket be cancelled or transferred?
Tickets can be transferred to another person, provided that the organisation is notified at least three weeks prior to the event.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. Billing details can be entered during the registration process, and the invoice will be issued accordingly.
PROGRAMME
Where can I consult the programme?
The programme will be available through:

- A QR code included on each attendee’s badge
Will there be parallel sessions?
Yes. At certain times, up to three sessions may run simultaneously.
In which language will the congress be held?
The main language of the congress will be English, with simultaneous interpretation into French and Spanish during the main sessions.

How will I know my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once the registration process is completed.
How does accreditation work?
- Attendees must collect their badge on-site by presenting their QR code
- The badge must be worn visibly at all times during the event
EVENT LOGISTICS
Where is the congress taking place?
At the Palau de la Música, Valencia, Spain.
Are recommended hotels available?
Yes. A list of recommended hotels will be published on the congress website (accommodation).
Participants are responsible for managing their own reservations.
Will transportation be provided?
No general transportation will be provided.
A shuttle service will operate on 29 September:
- Departure: Palau de la Música
- Destination: concert and gala dinner venue
- Return transport is not included
What time does registration open?
Registration will open at 16:00 on 28 September.
Is there a dress code for the gala dinner?
Formal or business attire is recommended.
