- PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the registration process and participation in the Eurochambres Congress 2026, which will take place on 28 and 29 September 2026 in Valencia (Spain).
The completion and submission of the registration form implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
- REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for the Congress shall be made exclusively through the form available on the website https://eurochambrescongress.eu/.
To complete the registration, the user must:

- Complete all mandatory fields in the registration form.

- Accept these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

- Make the corresponding registration fee payment, where applicable.
Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the address provided by the registrant.
- REGISTRATION CATEGORIES AND FEES
The registration categories are as follows:

The services included in each category are:

- Delegate Pass:
Access to both days of the Congress and all sessions in the official programme, access to the B2B networking platform, guided visit to the entrepreneurship hub (28th September), welcome cocktail (28th September), coffee break, lunch and beverages throughout the event (29th September), guided tour of the port and the City of Arts and Sciences (29th September), exclusive concert (29th September), and gala dinner (29th September).

Access to the guest programme running in parallel to the Congress sessions, including guided visit to the entrepreneurship hub (28th September), guided visit to Los Santos Juanes chapel (28th September), welcome cocktail (28th September), guided visit to Hortensia Herrero Museum & historic centre (29th September), guided tour of the port and the City of Arts and Sciences (29th September), exclusive concert (29th September), and gala dinner (29th September).
- Guest Pass:
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The following discounts and refunds may apply:

- Group discount:
When five or more participants register from the same Chamber of Commerce, identified by the same tax ID number, a 30% discount on the Delegate Pass will apply from the 5th participant onwards. The discount does not apply to the first four participants.

- Best practice speakers from Chambers of Commerce:
Participants from Chambers of Commerce who register for the Congress, indicate their interest in contributing, and propose a topic in the registration form may be considered as best practice speakers.
- Best practice speakers from Chambers of Commerce:
In such cases:

- The participant must complete registration through the official platform.

- The full Delegate Pass fee must be paid during registration.
-
- The organisers will evaluate the proposals received and select them according to suitability.

- Selected participants will be notified and asked to confirm their participation.

- Once participation as a best practice speaker has been selected, accepted and confirmed, a 10% refund will be processed.
- PAYMENT METHOD
Payment of the registration fee may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Once payment has been processed, the registrant will receive an email confirmation together with the corresponding invoice.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to eurochambrescongress2026@camaravalencia.com, stating the full name of the registered person and the registration details.
Cancellation requests shall be subject to the following conditions:

- Cancellations made up to and including 31 July 2026: 100% refund of the registration fee.

- Cancellations made between 1 August and 15 September 2026 (inclusive): 50% refund of the registration fee.

- Cancellations made from 16 September 2026 onwards: No refund will be made.
Transfer or name change of registration
If a registered person is unable to attend the event, the registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation or entity at no additional cost, provided that written notice is given to the organisers before 23 September 2026, stating the full details of the new participant.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be made using the same payment method used for the registration or by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
- MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, dates, venue or format of the Congress for justified reasons, notifying registrants as far in advance as possible.
In the event of cancellation of the Congress for reasons attributable to the organisers, a full refund of the registration fees paid will be made. The organisers shall not be liable for any other expenses arising from the cancellation (transport, accommodation, etc.).
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, administrative resolution or other circumstances beyond the control of the organisers), the refund policy determined by the organisers at that time shall apply, and registrants will be duly notified.
- ACCREDITATION AND ACCESS
Each registrant will receive a personal and non-transferable accreditation to access the Congress. The accreditation will be sent by email prior to the event or delivered at the on-site registration point on the day of the Congress.
Access to the venue shall be subject to presentation of the accreditation. The organisers reserve the right to deny access to persons who do not hold a valid accreditation.
- IMAGE RIGHTS
During the Congress, photographs and video recordings may be taken for the purposes of documenting and publicising the event. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the organisers in advance at eurochambrescongress2026@camaravalencia.com or at the organisation desk at the registration point.
- DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data provided during the registration process is governed by the Congress Privacy Policy, accessible at:

- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
