Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia (Cámara Valencia) in a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage, Mediterranean character and dynamic economic ecosystem, the congress will take place over two days of inspiring plenary sessions, interactive workshops and high-level networking opportunities. 
The congress will place chambers at the heart of the discussion — exploring their business models, services and evolving roles in supporting companies and policy-makers as they work towards a competitive, resilient and sustainable European economy following several challenging years for the business community.

  • Approximate travel times within Valencia:

    • Airport → City Centre:

Where to Park in Valencia

Valencia offers several parking options for visitors travelling by car:

    • Public underground car parks throughout the city centre
    • On-street parking, regulated by blue and green zones with time limits
    • Park & Ride (P+R) facilities on the outskirts of the city, allowing visitors to park and continue their journey by public transport

HOW TO GET TO VALENCIA

Valencia is easily accessible by air, rail and road, with excellent connections to major Spanish and European cities.

Plane

Valencia Airport (VLC) is located just 8 kilometres from the city centre and offers regular daily flights to major domestic and international destinations.

  • Metro lines 3 and 5 connect the airport directly with the city centre
  • Taxis and ride-hailing services are available outside the terminal
  • Average transfer time: 20–30 minutes

Train

Valencia has two main railway stations:

Joaquín Sorolla Station

  • High-speed AVE connections to Madrid, Cuenca, Seville and Córdoba
  • ALVIA and EUROMED services connecting Valencia with cities including Barcelona

Estación del Norte

  • Located in the city centre
  • Serves regional and local train services
     
Both stations are well connected to public transport and taxi services.

CAR

Valencia is connected to Spain’s modern motorway network:
  • AP-7 motorway running north–south along the Mediterranean coast, connecting Valencia with Barcelona
  • A-3 motorway linking Valencia directly with Madrid

There are two types of passes available for purchase: 

  • Delegate Pass (€570)  
  • Guest Pass (€200)  

Each Pass provides access to different parts of the event depending on the participant’s role. 

The Delegate Pass provides full access to the congress experience, including: 

  • Access to both days of the congress and all sessions in the official programme  
  • Coffee break & lunch on 29 September, and beverages throughout the event  
  • Access to the B2B networking platform  
  • Site visit: Valencia innovation pole (28 September) 
  • Welcome cocktail (28 September)  
  • Exclusive concert (29 September)  
  • Gala dinner (29 September) 
  • Cultural visit of the Port and the City of Arts and Sciences (29 September)  

Guest Pass holders will have access to a simultaneous guest programme included in the Guest Pass. This programme will run in parallel to the congress sessions. 

The Guest Pass includes: 

  • Guided visit to the entrepreneurship hub (28th September) 
  • Guided visit to Los Santos Juanes chapel (28th September) 
  • Welcome cocktail (28th September) 
  • Guided visit to Hortensia Herrero Museum & historic center (29th September)

There is no limit on the number of passes per transaction. 

  • All passes purchased together will be included under one single invoice  
  • If separate invoices are required, purchases must be made in different transactions  

No. Registration is designed for participation in the full two-day programme. 

Passes can be transferred to another person, provided that the organisation is notified at least three weeks prior to the event.

PROGRAMME

Yes. At certain times, up to three sessions may run simultaneously.

You will receive a confirmation email once the registration process is completed.

  • Attendees must collect their badge on-site by presenting their QR code

Participants are responsible for managing their own reservations.

A shuttle service will operate on 29 September:

  • Departure: Palau de la Música
  • Destination: concert and gala dinner venue
  • Return transport is not included

Registration will open at: 

  • 16:00h on 28th September. 
  • 09:00h on 29th September 

Formal or business attire is recommended.
