- PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the registration process and participation in
the Eurochambres Congress 2026, which will take place on 28 and 29 September 2026 in
Valencia (Spain).
The completion and submission of the registration form implies full acceptance of these
General Terms and Conditions. - REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for the Congress shall be made exclusively through the form available on the
website https://eurochambrescongress.eu/.
To complete the registration, the user must:
- Complete all mandatory fields in the registration form.
- Accept these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Make the corresponding registration fee payment, where applicable.
Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email
has been sent to the address provided by the registrant.
- REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is divided into the following categories:
- General rate: €570
- Accompanying person rate: €200
- Press: Free of charge
The services included in each category are:
2 - General rate: Access to the full Congress programme, including plenary
sessions, technical sessions, track sessions, workshops, open bar, lunch and meal
catering, welcome cocktail, cultural visit and gala dinner.
This rate is applicable to staff of Chambers of Commerce and entities participating as
attendees at the Eurochambres Congress 2026. - Accompanying person rate: Access to the welcome cocktail, cultural visit and
gala dinner.
Additionally, accompanying persons may book optional cultural activities at an additional
cost. These activities will take place in parallel with the Congress sessions. The
organisation of these activities and payment management are handled by the selected
provider, Turiart SL.
This rate and the optional programmes are only applicable to persons accompanying
attendees at the Eurochambres Congress 2026.
The prices indicated do not include VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added to the
indicated price in accordance with the legislation in force.
- PAYMENT METHOD
Payment of the registration fee shall be made through Redsys. The following payment
methods are accepted:
- Credit or debit card.
Once payment has been processed, the registrant will receive an email confirmation
together with the corresponding invoice.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
eurochambrescongress2026@camaravalencia.com, stating the full name of the registered
person and the registration details.
Cancellation requests shall be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made up to and including 31 July 2026: 100% refund of the
registration fee. - Cancellations made between 1 August and 15 September 2026 (inclusive): 50%
refund of the registration fee. - Cancellations made from 16 September 2026 onwards: No refund will be made.
Transfer or name change of registration
If a registered person is unable to attend the event, the registration may be transferred to
another person from the same organisation or entity at no additional cost, provided that
written notice is given to the organisers before 23 September 2026, stating the full details
of the new participant.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be made using the same payment method used for the
registration or by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the
confirmation of the cancellation.
- MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, dates, venue or format of the
Congress for justified reasons, notifying registrants as far in advance as possible.
In the event of cancellation of the Congress for reasons attributable to the organisers, a
full refund of the registration fees paid will be made. The organisers shall not be liable
for any other expenses arising from the cancellation (transport, accommodation, etc.).
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic,
administrative resolution or other circumstances beyond the control of the organisers),
the refund policy determined by the organisers at that time shall apply, and registrants
will be duly notified. - ACCREDITATION AND ACCESS
Each registrant will receive a personal and non-transferable accreditation to access the
Congress. The accreditation will be sent by email prior to the event or delivered at the
on-site registration point on the day of the Congress.
Access to the venue shall be subject to presentation of the accreditation. The organisers
reserve the right to deny access to persons who do not hold a valid accreditation. - IMAGE RIGHTS
During the Congress, photographs and video recordings may be taken for the purposes of
documenting and publicising the event. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed
or recorded must notify the organisers in advance at
eurochambrescongress2026@camaravalencia.com or at the organisation desk at the
registration point. - DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data provided during the registration process is governed by
the Congress Privacy Policy, accessible at https://eurochambrescongress.eu/privacypolicy. - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law. For the
resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals
of Valencia (Spain).
